Our law office was founded in 1964 by our Senior Partner Dr. Paul Bachmann (†). It is centrally located in 1010 Vienna, Opernring 8 – in close vicinity to the Vienna State Opera.

We are specialised in commercial law and in particular in insolvency law and corporate reorganisation matters.

Frequently, we are appointed by the courts as reorganisation administrators and liquidators. We have extensive experience in providing advisory services to debtors in the judicial and extrajudicial reorganisation of large corporations and small businesses. Furthermore, we help private persons obtain relief from debt. 

Besides that, we focus on other key areas: we offer expert legal advice on matters concerning company law, real estate and tenancy as well as banking law and insurance law.
